Build the commerce platform for the AI economy.

We're building the commerce platform for the AI economy — the metering, pricing, and billing infrastructure that turns every API call, every AI token, and every MCP tool invocation into revenue. Small senior team, real customers, real ownership. Every commit lands in production and gets used within days.

How we work

Four things we actually mean.

Ship, then iterate

We'd rather ship an honest v1 today than a perfect v3 in two quarters. Customer feedback beats internal debate.

Own the outcome

Everyone here operates like a founder. Take the whole problem, not just the ticket, and follow through until it works in production.

Trust the humans in front of you

No performative process. If you need something, ask; if you're stuck, say so; if you disagree, push back. We assume good faith.

The customer is the boss

Real users pay real money to move real revenue. Every decision, roadmap prioritization, and technical trade-off gets checked against what they need.

Full Stack Developer

Build across the entire stack — Java Spring Boot services, PostgreSQL, and a Next.js + React frontend — on the platform that meters and bills the AI economy.

What you'll do

  • Own product areas end-to-end — from database schema through Spring Boot service to the React UI a customer actually clicks
  • Ship features real customers use, not tickets from a backlog — if you see something broken, you fix it
  • Move fast without breaking billing — write the migration, the test, the observability, and the runbook, then hit deploy
  • Set the engineering bar with the founding team: code review culture, on-call maturity, testing discipline, and the story your production tells at 2am
  • Build SDKs and integrations (Node, Python, Java, Go, Kong, Apigee, AWS, Azure, MuleSoft) that give customers a five-line integration path

What you need

  • 3+ years of production full-stack experience — you have shipped code and owned the outages
  • Strong Java + Spring Boot — you know why Spring Data JPA does what it does and when to reach past it
  • Comfortable in React + TypeScript — hooks, state management, and the fact that Next.js server components are a different beast
  • SQL fluency — schemas, indexes, and the reason both matter when the billing pipeline processes a million events a day
  • A track record of shipping to production, owning the on-call, and getting better afterwards

Nice to have

  • Prior work at a billing, payments, fintech, or infrastructure company
  • Real open source contributions — not just a stars-heavy GitHub profile
  • Startup experience — you know how to move fast without breaking the customer
  • Familiarity with gateway plugins, event streaming (Kafka / Redpanda), or metering SDKs

Compensation: Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity + you own real product surface from day one

MarketingHyderabad, IndiaFull-time

Marketing Manager

Build the marketing motion for a category that doesn't have an incumbent yet. From zero, alongside the founders, into the commerce layer for every API and AI product on the internet.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end marketing motion — positioning, content, launches, demand gen, community, developer marketing
  • Build our voice across the site, blog, docs, and every buyer-facing surface — technical enough for engineers, clear enough for CFOs
  • Ship marketing programs from scratch: launches, campaigns, events, partnerships, and content that engineering buyers actually read
  • Own the funnel — set the metrics that matter, measure honestly, and iterate on what actually drives pipeline (not what looks nice on a dashboard)
  • Partner with the founders on positioning + messaging — you'll shape how the market talks about AI monetization

What you need

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, fintech, or billing
  • Built marketing programs from zero — you know the difference between running existing plays and inventing new ones, and you prefer the second
  • Comfortable talking to technical audiences — engineers, VPs of Engineering, CTOs, product leaders
  • Strong writing chops — you can go from a hero headline to a 2000-word technical blog post in the same afternoon
  • Data-driven — you know what to measure, what to ignore, and how to keep the funnel honest without over-instrumenting it

Nice to have

  • Product marketing background — you can build positioning, not just amplify it
  • Familiarity with the billing / monetization space (Metronome, Amberflo, Orb, Stripe Billing, Zuora, Chargebee)
  • Experience with developer marketing — docs-as-marketing, community-led growth, DevRel programs
  • You've done this at an early-stage startup before — no brand recognition, no template to copy, no team to delegate to

Compensation: Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity + a seat at the table on positioning and category strategy

SalesHyderabad, IndiaFull-time

Enterprise Sales

Be one of the first sales hires at a category-defining infrastructure company. Own six- and seven-figure ACV deals into engineering-buyer accounts, and help build the playbook alongside the first ten customers.

What you'll do

  • Own enterprise deals end-to-end — from first outreach through discovery, POC, procurement, and signature
  • Sell into multi-stakeholder buying committees — CTO, VP Engineering, CPO, CFO, procurement — every stakeholder has a vote and you know how to earn each one
  • Build the playbook alongside the founders — not inherit it. First-principles selling on a category that doesn't have an incumbent yet
  • Represent Aforo on customer calls, on stage, and in every enterprise pitch meeting that matters
  • Feed customer insights back into product — you'll be the closest thing to a customer that engineering has, and roadmap prioritization will reflect it

What you need

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, ideally selling to engineering, infrastructure, developer tools, or fintech buyers
  • Consistent track record of closing six-figure ACV deals — bring the numbers, we'll compare notes
  • Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles — 6+ month deals, 5+ stakeholders, board-level buyers
  • Selling to technical buyers is second nature — you understand SLAs, P99 latency, and why architecture matters to your prospect
  • Located in Hyderabad and comfortable with founder-led selling until we scale the team

Nice to have

  • An existing network in AI, API infrastructure, billing, or fintech
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup — you know how to sell without brand recognition, a case-study library, or a Gartner Magic Quadrant slot
  • Familiarity with Aforo's competitive landscape (Metronome, Amberflo, Orb, Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing)
  • A technical background before sales — engineering, product, or solutions architecture — so you can meet buyers where they are

Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission + meaningful early-stage equity + a real path to VP Sales as we scale
